Course Title: Active Adventures: Exploring Multi-Sports
Course Overview: The BLISS Summer School Multi-Sports Course offers students the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports and physical activities, promoting health, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Through a combination of skill-building exercises, drills, and friendly competitions, students will develop their athletic abilities, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of sports and physical activity.

By the end of the BLISS Summer School Multi-Sports Course, students will have gained a well-rounded understanding of various sports and physical activities, developed their athletic abilities, and cultivated important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.

Course Objectives:
- To introduce students to a diverse range of sports and recreational activities, including team sports, individual sports, and outdoor pursuits.
- To develop fundamental skills and techniques in various sports, such as throwing, catching, dribbling, shooting, and agility.
- To promote physical fitness, coordination, and motor skills through regular exercise and physical activity.
- To cultivate teamwork, cooperation, and leadership skills through participation in team-based sports and group activities.

Session1: Introduction to Multi-Sports
- Overview of the course objectives, rules, and expectations.

Session 2: Team Sports
