Nestled in the Ryburn valley near picturesque Rishworth Moor and Rishworth Reservoir on the approach, Rishworth School affords beautiful views of the countryside with rolling green hills as far as the eye can see. The Top Pitch overlooks stunning moors, fields, hills and the reservoir in the background. Rishworth is a tranquil and peaceful village in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
On our doorstep, you will find the Yorkshire Dales, the Peak District, but also big cities such as Manchester and Leeds and smaller towns such as Halifax, Huddersfield, Oldham and Rochdale to offer a variety of enrichment activities for students

From this campus, you can decide on the Mixed Summer Sports programme where you can take advantage of the sporting facilities available from tennis courts to football fields we have something for everyone at Rishworth Mixed Summer Sports.
If sightseeing is more your thing, then Discovery Yorkshire is the choice for you. Visiting all the places of interest around our fantastically placed school from Monday to Friday after English Class, you will have a great knowledge of the history and beauty of Yorkshire.
If you would rather have a combi programme then sign up for the General programme where you can do some art, some sports, some excursions and some drama - a little bit of everything.
Our timetable is the same across all campuses, so you'll benefit from expert English in the mornings and your experience will be topped off with these exciting choices for your afternoons.
Expect to visit the cities of York, Liverpool and Manchester at the weekends.
